Michael B. Grotell
Founder and Principal
Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Investor Relations professional Michael Grotell launched Ithron in January 2020. An investment banker and strategist, Michael has served on the financial and strategic side of the media industry, and on the media side of the financial industry.

Michael is also a CEO-whisperer, combining disciplines to shift leader psychology and to influence the art of the possible -- where the most impactful business transformation is made.
Michael led strategy and corporate development for a leading research and digital transformation organization serving the world's best brands; served as an international development and due diligence expert for a global media company; supported c-suites as an investor relations lead for public media and consumer companies; and worked on deals from both sides of the table from seed to strategic M&A and IPOs.
